Last updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Broker Launch (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit brokerlaunch.co.uk, submit an enquiry, request lender access, book a call, or otherwise deal with us. We handle personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Please read this alongside our Terms of Use.

1. Who we are (data controller)

Broker Launch is the controller responsible for your personal data.

  • Registered company name: Broker Launch UK Operations Ltd
  • Company number: 16040213 (registered in England and Wales)
  • Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ
  • ICO registration number: ZB333136 — we are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
  • Contact for data protection matters: admin@brokerlaunch.co.uk

2. The personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact details — name, email address and phone number you provide through our contact form, the “Request access” form for lenders, or when you book a call.
  • Enquiry details — the message, area of interest, company name or any other information you choose to include.
  • Booking data — when you book a call through our booking provider, the date/time and any details you give in that flow.
  • Technical & usage data — IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, collected via server logs and (where enabled) analytics.

We do not ask for special-category data or financial account details through this website. Please do not send us such information via our forms.

3. How we collect it

  • Directly from you, when you complete a form, email us or book a call.
  • Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies when you use the site (see section 6).
  • From our service providers (for example, our booking provider passes us the details of a booking you make).

4. How we use your data, and our lawful basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the information you asked for — lawful basis: our legitimate interests in dealing with enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
  • To assess and onboard prospective brokers and lender partners — lawful basis: legitimate interests and/or taking steps toward a contract.
  • To arrange and hold calls you book with us — lawful basis: legitimate interests / steps toward a contract.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website — lawful basis: legitimate interests in running a safe, working service.
  • To send you marketing, where you have asked to hear from us — lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims — lawful basis: legal obligation / legitimate interests.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered whether those interests are overridden by your rights, and we will always give priority to your rights where appropriate.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf under written contracts, including providers of:

  • website hosting and infrastructure;
  • form handling, database and email delivery;
  • call booking / scheduling;
  • analytics (where enabled).

We may also disclose personal data where required by law, to a regulator, or in connection with the sale or reorganisation of our business.

6. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, and — where you agree — analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. Some pages embed third-party content (such as our call-booking widget) which may set its own cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

7. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law (such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum) so that your data receives an equivalent level of protection.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above. Enquiry and booking records are typically kept for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation or to handle a dispute. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

9. How we protect your data

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers — to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • be informed about how we use your data (this policy);
  • access a copy of the data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased in certain circumstances;
  • restrict or object to our processing;
  • data portability, where applicable;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent (this does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it).

To exercise any of these, email admin@brokerlaunch.co.uk. We will respond within one month. You will not usually have to pay a fee.

11. Complaints

We hope to resolve any concern directly, so please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the ICO, the UK supervisory authority for data protection, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

12. Third-party links

This website links to third-party sites and services (for example LinkedIn and our booking provider). We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their own policies.

13. Children

This website and our services are intended for business professionals and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
